Sunday, December 15, 2013 - Consistent with my previous notes.Pale in color.On the nose Grapefruit and Lemon with a hint of Pineapple.
Popped and poured. First taste seemed dull and uninspiring. Waited about 45 minutes and tasted something entirely different. Yes, Grapefruit and lemon peel . OK acidity and bite. Chalky and minerality.
Not sweet at all like a NZ SB.
