Saturday, December 21, 2013 - o.k. I gave me another try. The wine is better than the first bottle but still too much tannin and acidity and too less fruit. Maybe it is the same as with Lafarge or Amiot-Servelle, it it very difficult to get a bottle at the right point and they demand much more cellaring than those of other producers. They have, to speak with Anthony Hanson, a long window of undrinkability.
