Sunday, December 29, 2013 - Bright ruby in color, this wine revealed blackberry, dark cherry and a floral element on the nose. The mouth feel brought juicy acidity, more dark red fruits and some black pepper. The finish was medium with a nice integration of all the elemants.

It appears this red wine was not fermented in oak. I liked all the components but would have liked it that much more with barrel notes added to it.

However, at $8.99US, it's a steal. Drink up.
