Friday, January 10, 2014 - Purchased to make mussels in wine sauce. Nice drink but all in all unremarkable. All the components are there, tree fruit, lemon, light white flowers, and minerality but that said it seems the flavors seem to be competing instead of coming together. A previous note reminisced about the Loire valley, but I think there are much better wines at the same price to be found there (I'm thinking Patient Cottat Le Grand Caillou). Imported by Regal; natural cork; 13%abv.
