This does not have a traditional structure so it's hard for me to gauge exactly how well it performs compared to others of this style. The acid is huge and prickly which turned me off a bit. However, each swirl of the glass changed the experience. Clearly on the red fruit spectrum, this should definitely be served alongside food. Visually, it is unfiltered and cloudy with who knows what. All this said, it was an interesting bottle worth a look if you've never had this style.
