Saturday, January 25, 2014 - had with roast chicken. i was underwhelmed st the winery (which is five miles from my old house) with what was being tasted. bought their fanciest sparkler to try later. this made me think twice. very nice and creamy and yeasty but complex all the same. brilliant bubbles went on forever. a hint of sweetness. better than many french sparklers ive had. wish i could try in five years.
