Sunday, October 6, 2013 - Cellier Wine Fair (Intercontinental Hotel): 66% Pinot Noir and 34% Chardonnay
Clear mid lemon color.
The nose is clean, complexity of med+ intensity, lemon at first and then tropical fruits emerge, oak and yeast derived aromas come after that with butter, almonds and walnuts, youthful.
Dry, med+ body, intensity and acidity, med alcohol, excellent balance and structure, dried exotic fruits with pear, green apple and pineapple on the med+ finish.
Outstanding quality, ultra premium price, drinking now but could age.
