Sunday, February 16, 2014 - Lovely green-golden colour. Pronounced biscuit on the nose. Apple-based fruit but with noticeably more acidity than the P-H 'Rare' 2002 tasted previously. Softened nicely in the glass, though and was a fine champagne. Would handle food well, I think.
