Monday, March 17, 2014 - Maybe I waited too long. Maybe it was bottle variation. Maybe it was not the right day on the Biodynamic calendar. Whatever it was, this wine did not show the same character as the previous bottles had. It was fine. It was even enjoyable, I guess.
