Friday, July 6, 2007 - Seemed out of sorts to me. Not much to rave about on the nose as it was rather subdued. On the palate, a bit more acidic than i would have expected. An odd bit of menthol highlights a rather discordant mix of flavors. Seemed to open and blossom a bit after an hour or so. Either "needs more time" or "isn't that good". With a couple more, I'll see what the next btl brings.
