Saturday, March 15, 2014 - La Paulée de San Francisco - Grand Tasting (The Fairmont - San Francisco CA): Tasting, brief note. Red and black fruit with earthy character and some roast meat. Very good structure makes this need a few years in the cellar, but I really like the energy, minerality and raw material here. Very good.
