Friday, March 28, 2014 - Deep dark red/purple, red rim with a little age.
Creamy cassis and blueberries, sweet, a little alcohol, smokey bacon, fennel and dill, a little biscuity, some roses.
Smooth, blueberries, green tea, smokey, milk chocolate, low tannin and reasonable acidity, quite purple, some stalkiness, very good length.
Bold and fruity, drinking well now.
