Sunday, March 30, 2014 - Medium in color, huge nose of dark fruits and leather. Med-full bodied, firm tannins. The tannins blended out after a couple hours in a decanter. Very smooth body, with primarily blackberry, plum, leather, vanilla from oak. This is a stellar wine at this price. Needs more time to be a knock-out.
