Wednesday, March 26, 2014 - Burgundy Tasting (Ivy, George Street, Sydney): perfumed black fruit, cream, toast, slight clove, tiny touches of nutmeg and yeast extract. Juicy, savoury, black berry fruit, rich, unctuous, young, spicy, chewy tannins, very nice.
