Friday, April 4, 2014 - I was cooking (aren't I always?) and there were a few burgers on and some nice salmon as well, the smells in the kitchen were intense. And then THIS wine in my glass. Thick would be a good descriptor for it. Never would I imagine it was 10 years old. Smooth as silk on the tongue, with baking spices, dark fruit, bacon. Yum. These Red Car peeps are alright.
