Saturday, April 12, 2014 - This bottle took 30 minutes or so to come around with lots of horsey notes at first. With a bit of air this became a compelling mix of roasted coffee/cocoa, toast, cooly medicinal mineral notes, and an underpinning of dark berry/cherry. Lots of tannins on the close, if they were a tiny bit less drying this would merit another point or two.
