Sunday, July 15, 2007 - Consistent with last bottle. Quite closed until it had about 30 minutes of air, and seems to be improving as it gets more time in the glass. Cassis, oak, cherry, vanilla, cigar box, and a hint of bell pepper and dill. Medium length finish, and nice acidity. Soft and resolved tannin, with a nice bit of dryness on the finish.
