Monday, April 21, 2014 - Dark garner red, translucent color. Pretty scents of dried roses and violets, with traditional rioja and burgundian nuances. There is aslo a dusty note. Flavors of blackberry, roses, violets, tomato juice. Velvety in the mouth with some acidity and tannins linger on the palate. Enjoyed with steak but I can see it paired with lamb chops or pork.
