Saturday, April 26, 2014 - Final bottle. Still a solid white Bordeaux, sturdy rather than refined, good flavour intensity with vegetal notes and oak, but lacks the ripe fruit that the previous bottle had. Fully mature, drink up. In retrospect, this was probably best between two and four years of age.
