Thursday, May 1, 2014 - I liked this right off the top. Intense nose of herbs and greenery. Complex palate - black fruit, mocha, wood, maybe some mulch. Far reaching acidity that seems jump from flavor to flavor. Perhaps a bit astringent on finish. Good price for an amarone.
