Tuesday, May 20, 2014 - This needs some time. We popped and poured, and slowly the lovely, extremely soft wine, came out of it's shell. Not a rough edge on it, and eventually some nice secondary notes of spice and leather accentuated the blue fruit that started it out. Should have decanted, and mostly should have waited. Or not. It was tasty.
