Saturday, June 21, 2014 - Black cherry in color. EartH, leather and cocoa on the nose. Some initial funk which blew off over time. Chocolate, charcoal, earth, leather and a hint of black currant. Some tannin to resolve, but not a lot. Tough to know whether to drink now while some fruit remains or wait a few years to dissipate remaining tannin. I vote to drink up.
