Wednesday, June 25, 2014 - Apricot jam, dried stone fruit, honey, spice. Mouth coating with a very full-bodied, rich, syrupy texture. Long finish of sticky sweet honey. Overly rich, heavy, and extracted for my taste. Somewhat lacking in acidity/balance. Certainly was not a crowd pleaser.
