Friday, March 3, 2000 - Opened for our 27th wedding anniversary, Kathy and I noticed a great mousse, lots of tiny bubbles, nose of baked apple croissant, hints of pear and peach, and wet shale, touch of yeast, savored with smoked salmon, full bodied, and long, long finish.
