Monday, July 7, 2014 - Popped, poured, consumed over two hours. This is MY profile of enjoyment. Beautiful nose of dark fruit, soft leather and spice. Deep ultra dark back cherry color, medium bodied with concentrated fresh fruit; fantastic balance and deep integration of oak and tannins. Soft power with complexity. The finish exposes layers of lingering taste.
