Thursday, July 10, 2014 - The cork was almost fully soaked yet the wine was in perfect condition. No initial funk this time, and the nose readily revealed lovely pinosity aromas of strawberry, raspberry, forrest floor and spice. Medium-bodied and perfectly round, yet there is enough freshness and structure here to provide further aging potential. Soft tannins, balancing acidity and a long aftertaste. Consistantly a solid performer.
