Wednesday, July 16, 2014 - Deep red. Dark fruit on the nose. This has developed nicely with elegant, but multilayered fruit, minerals, white pepper, and seems to have the fruit, acid and tannins in perfect harmony. Although these have had some bottle variation this one was right on target.

7/16/2014 7:34:00 PM - Only have one of these to spare -- want to time it precisely if possible. What's your take on evolution/shelf life from here? Peak, or give it time? Any advice much appreciated.
