Thursday, June 12, 2014 - Deep amber in color. Cooked pineapple, vanilla custard, dark brown spices, caramel on the nose. The palate is oily and rich with sweet apricot and orange marmalade, melted butter and brown sugar with low acidity and a medium finish that turns just a bit bitter.
