Saturday, June 4, 2005 - Dinner at Crow (Seattle, WA): The nose is spicy and shows some cedar, a clear oak influence yet well resolved with age. The palate is very round and ripe with a hint of caramel; clean flavors on the whole, lightly sweet. The acid is light but present. Nice wine, mature. Drink up.
