Sunday, August 19, 2007 - Decanted for an hour. Drank w/Beef Kabobs. Lacking in complexity or "POP" against the beef. On the thin side as well. Not flawed, just lacking much character. Should of just drank it by itself while the Kabobs were still on the grill and instead had a Cab Sav with dinner.
