Sunday, September 7, 2014 - Perfect balance between fruit and earth. Flavors of just ripe cherries and raspberries and great acid. Just about a perfect wine to go with pork tenderloin medallions in a grainy mustard and cream sauce topped with toasted hazelnuts.
