Saturday, September 13, 2014 - D&T's. Inaugural Green Egg Pizza Night. This has definitely peaked but will likely hold for a couple more years. Presents as a well made wine that has aged well. All business with "i's" and "t's" dotted and crossed. A well behaved adolescent wanting to please. Slightest bit of a gap in the mid palate but otherwise a most excellent, mature CDR. 89-90
