Saturday, September 13, 2014 - Wine-Ark boys on tour - Hunter Valley 2014 - Day 2 (Hunter Valley): Muted black pepper and plum aromas with very slight cedar. After considerable agitation the wine opens to reveal a resin and aniseed note. In the mouth the wine has medium plus acid, black pepper and plum with medium plus intensity talc like tannin. The medium plus length carries slight spice and a bit of alcohol warmth. Hmm
