Thursday, October 2, 2014 - Deep purple color, bright nose of cherries, blackcurrants, pepper and rosewater. Medium to full bodied, low acidity, has a hint of sweetness. Medium length finish. This is really drinking very well right now. I'd say this 6-10 year window is ideal for Silverado Merlot.
