Monday, October 20, 2014 - very very nice, on pnp it was intense with material and had pears / apples flavor, after just a few minutes it settled a bit and came across as a blend of citrus and minerals with just a hint of sweetness (not common for fevre chablis) and also a hint of richness… really really nice but given how approachable it was i'm wondering if this last 15 years or whether it should be consumed in the next five… i think the later
