Loads of citrus flowers and white flowers on the nose, some apples, also showing chalky minerals and a nice underlying sherry/oxidative profile.
Clean and bone dry palate, with lemons and citrus, touch of orange, grapefruit, apples, and loads of fine and dry minerals.
Very clean and precise.
