Saturday, September 1, 2007 - Beautiful, mature riesling. Complex and perfectly balanced. Lemon zest, stone dust, and wet asphalt. Just a hint of sweetness, and great, lively acidity. Very long finish. Great now, but in no danger of going over the hill anytime soon. An incredible bargain at what I paid for it.
