Saturday, November 1, 2014 - 40-50 yrs, the oak and age related flavors of walnut and vanilla and prune are starting to overcome the apple in the balance here, but it's still wonderfully appley and chewy with just a hint of the cidery quality of the younger Camuts. Very clean, not musty, and really incisive and deep.
