Sunday, November 9, 2014 - Opened for 1 hour and served @ 63 F. in Reidel Bordeaux Vinum stems. Dense dark purple color. Nose of bouquet garni, black fruits, barnyard and earth. Very full bodied with youthful Medium + acid. Really needs more time in cellar. Very cherry medicinal cough syrup and hot at first. but another hour in decanter,... this wine was really singing. Wonderful mouth filling finish with even more complexity. Extraordinary
