Wednesday, October 29, 2014 - Extensive Spanish tasting: 50g dosage, 30m on lees. Initially lots of chlorine on the nose, like a public pool. There was also a rotten apple note. Sweetness of Mosel riesling on the palate, good balance, not cloying, a pleasant surprise.
