Tuesday, September 11, 2007 - Medium ruby with a slight mahogany tinge. Nose is not big but is quite refined, with reticent plummy fruit, a touch of leafmould and earth. With a bit of air, the nose fills out with a nice cherry fruit on top. Mouth entry is pure and sweet, leading to a mid-palate with earthy cherry fruit and good acidity. Just medium bodied and with a good grip on a decent length finish.
