Sunday, November 30, 2014 - Deep purple color, unfiltered. Stewed plums, roasted meat and graphite on the nose. Blackberry, dark plum, and boysenberry on the palate with dried herbs and hints of cocoa. Good tannins and acidity still with a long finish.
