Friday, December 5, 2014 - Air and temp is your friend here….drink this like a Puligny Montrachet/Chablis….very bright lemon, nectarine citrus fruit…creamed up with pear, apple, melon fruit. Has killer salty minerality..crushed stones, sea air……raw peanut, rain water, white flowers, chalk. Very fresh, clean, and vibrant….yet complexes as it warms. Reminds me of a two headed Louis……Domaine Louis Michel Chablis and Louis Carillon Puligny Monty! This wine rocks!
