Friday, December 26, 2014 - This wine was showing very well. The beautiful bouquet and palate are full of caramel, brioche, toasted nuts, clove and herbs, marked by viscous texture. Oily, heavy, and long-lasting on the palate. The effects of malolactic fermentation seem to be quite obvious (very buttery).. but I could be wrong. Great balance with acidity.
