Wednesday, January 21, 2015 - Bottle 4 of 6 and none flawed so far. This wine is in the perfect place right now where the descending arc of bold youth intersects with ascending integration and nuance. Super food-friendly as others have noted. Very complimentary to, and easy to drink with, teriyaki chicken and togarashi. Bottle just disappeared.
