Saturday, January 24, 2015 - Two hour decant, The main thing I noticed about this wine is that it is tart and tannic and needs more time in the cellar to integrate its components more fully, give this at least two or three years more time before popping one open. It does have the basic structure to turn into a very fine chianti.
