Friday, January 23, 2015 - Expressive aromatics of red fruits, small forest strawberries, some herbs, minerals (slate) and brioche. It’s medium-full bodied and dense without being heavy, has high acidity, small perfect mousse and fantastic length. A breathtakingly beautiful Blanc de Noirs with a beautiful density but also great freshness and precision. One of the favorites (or even the favorite) of the whole group. (96+ p.)
