Friday, October 24, 2014 - Italian night @ Stappato (Enoteca Stappato, Leuven (Belgium)): Very soft, gentle, plum-like texture. Excellent balance, right in the sweet spot of its evolution. Gorgeously seductive, layered and generous. Outstanding.
