Friday, January 30, 2015 - Clear, light yellow colour, small to medium bubbles. Pronounced pleasant aroma of sweet red and yellow apples. More like "dry" than "brut" on the palate. Sweetish taste of gooseberries with a long, dry aftertaste and a mildly bitter tang.
