Friday, February 13, 2015 - Yellow colour with an amazing stream of extremely fine and tiny bubbles creating a wonderful rich bouquet.
The nose is still very youthful and needs several more years in the cellar to develop it's maturity. First there's a mixture of sea shells, oysters and then it opens up with mature Coulommiers cheese and then there's the typical vintage flavor of honey sweetness and acacia flowers. Wonderful fresh palate showing lime and lemon with a very nice and long lime peel finish.

Very good sample, bought about 2,5 years ago. Very nice development since I last tried it in 2012 as well!
